APACC was formally inaugurated by His Excellency Archbishop Pedro Lopez Quintana on 11 February 2005. I t is registered under Indian Centre for research and Development of Community Education (ICRDCE) and The Rural Community College Alliance ,Kentucky, US. APACC was registered as Akshaya Centre under IT Mission Govt. of Kerala. Community College is registered as an IGNOU Community College in September 2009.Through Akshaya is a registered special study centre of IGNOU. APACC is a franchisee of Keltron Programme for Training in Medical Transcription. |
