APACC | |
APACC is the first Community College in Kerala which is associated with a regular Arts and Science College. It is a community oriented college with a strong institutional and industrial linkage. It focuses on women empowerment by opening the benefits of education to women who are marginalized and disadvantaged. It aims at making them employable by providing job oriented, work related and skill based education and the focus is on women empowerment. This noble venture, which exemplifies the social commitment of the Archdiocese of Changanacherry in the field of Higher Education, is named after His Grace Mar Joseph Powathil, a great visionary. The NAAC Team (2007) appreciated APACC and termed it "The Jewel in the crown of Assumption". |
